Denise Davis
President & CEO
As Chief Human Resources Officer for IHRC, Ms. Davis is responsible for developing and overseeing IHRC’s Human Resources Strategy including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. Ms. Davis has over 19 years of human resources experience with expertise in talent management, labor law, regulatory compliance, and human resources administration in both local and global companies. She also has extensive experience supporting government contracts.
Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Pace University in New York and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
